ministry began at Templo Nueva Vida in Ralls, Texas in 1977. For five years the Lord used Pastor Cisneros to minister in the Ralls community of 1900 people. Pastor Cisneros graduated from Criswell Christian College. After much prayer and being blessed in Ralls, TX, God called Pastor Cisneros to Lubbock, TX in 1983. Pastor Cisneros' first building in Lubbock was the State Theatre where he began a 30 night revival with about 30 people. In a span of 5 months, the numbers grew from 30 people to 250 people. From then on, Ministerios Nueva Vida moved from the State Theatre to a building located on Sherman Ave in Lubbock. In 1988, MNV was being blessed in such an abundance that it was able to move to a larger building in the Arnett-Benson area, which MNV now ccupies. Before MNV moved in, it was the Arnett-Benson Baptist Chruch. In May of 1989, Pastor Cisneros and MNV moved in at 201 N Boston in Lubbock, TX. When MNV moved to their new building God had blessed them with a congregation of about 325 members. In 1990, Pastor Cisneros embarked on a new mission which was opening up Trinity Bible Institute, which was formerly Trinity Church. Pastor Cisneros and the ministry has spread around the world to Guatemala, Mexico and even Russia. MNV has sponsored many crusades here in the Lubbock area, such as Fiesta Lubbock in 1988 and 1993. Pastor Cisneros and MNV are also involved with Promise Keepers. Currently, MNV is reaching millions with the Gospel of Christ. MNV is on God's Learning Channel (Primetime Christian Broadcasting) reaching West Texas, New Mexico and other parts of the United States. Pastor Cisneros has personally traveled to the Capital in Washington D.C. and met with various Senators and Congressmen, including Governor Rick Perry of Texas.
